This class is meant to be for all experience levels. The poses are linked together with the breath at a slower pace with more emphasis on alignment. Different options and modifications are offered depending on your needs. The teachers are skilled in verbal alignment adjustments and offer some hands on adjustments.
Heated Yoga Flow
For those who seek to embody strength and to go with the flow, this challenging practice synchronizes movement and breath in a room heated to a comfortable 75-80 degrees.
Designed to optimize your body’s natural detoxification pathways, this class is a guided flow in which postures follow breath. A combination of effort and ease makes this class both invigorating and revitalizing.
Yoga Basic Foundations
For those interested in the benefits of yoga, but not interested in linking many poses together. There is some warm up flow, but mostly this class is meant for laying down the foundations of alignment and breaking down the poses. This is to help us feel more confident in understanding the instructions used in other classes that move quicker. It is a safe place to ask questions and work with partners to reinforce confidence, and take us out of fight or flight. We are working with the patterns of the brain to reinforce muscle memory. This work is very intentional to help us heal and calm the mind.
Booty Luv Yoga
This class will bring awareness to the gluteal muscles with targeted moves designed to lift, shape, and strengthen your best asset. Discover a brand new re-awakening of your body's main stabilizer which is superficially strong, but deeply unaware. Booty Luv Yoga is a fusion of ballet, yoga, Pilates, and functional training, with a focus on alignment, breath, and proper form.
Core Power Mat Pilates
Our unique method of mat Pilates is a system of strengthening and stretching exercises designed to build strength in the core which comprise the abdominals, glutes and lower back. From weight lifters to yoga practitioners, this class will help to improve posture, balance, and flexibility thereby promoting strength and stability. Specific exercises are chosen to support functional “life movements”. This class is not like the traditional mat classes. Exercise balls, therabands, and other props are used to support movements reinforcing the healthy back.
Yoga Flow
A class designed to escape from your thoughts for an hour. Poses are linked together to get the blood flowing and the body moving. You may find that most people in this class have experience, but it is not required.
Yoga Therapeutics
Yoga Therapeutics is a gentle, effective approach to strengthening the back, restructuring the body and addressing other limitations and injuries. It also helps to alleviate stress and calm the mind. Great for beginners.
Gentle Yoga
Appropriate for all levels, this class combines safe and gentle movements with proper breathing techniques. You will learn how to find a balance between softness and active engagement in your poses. Students should expect a slower-paced class that emphasizes gently stretching connective tissues and gentle hip openers. This class is perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury.
Yoga for Athletes
Created to be a class for the type of person that needs a good work out before work. It is a fast moving class that is challenging, but with attention on poses that benefit people that love things like running, cycling and other cross-fit exercises.
Ashtanga Primary Series
This progressive series of movements was developed to create intense internal heat and purifying sweat to cleanse the body and the mind. This centering practice will detoxify your muscles, improve your circulation and help you cultivate a lean, strong body. Plant yourself deeply in the fundamentals of yoga and establish strong foundations in ancient traditions of postures, breath, and meditation. Allow your breath to guide you as you float through postures and move into stillness.
Gravity Group
All about the time efficiency and productivity for group resistance training. This 30 minute full-body workout produces incredible physical results – results you can see and feel very quickly.
Gravity Pilates
Offers traditional Pilates mat and reformer repertoire and then blends them with new evolved Pilates-based exercises that are specific to the gravity training system. The assistance technology provided by the system incline allows participants to achieve traditionally advanced exercises at earlier stages in their training, thereby creating an environment for participants to feel success quickly.
